Intro
4x50m: 25m fist swim, 25m F/C @75%
20sec rest

Main
6x100m: sets 1-4 keep increasing a tempo from 65% up to 100%, sets 5-6 F/C @75%
10sec rest between sets
4x150m: keep increasing tempo every 50m
10sec rest between sets
20sec rest

Cool down
200m Freestyle @50%
