Swimrun is just around corner!
IM70.3 Mallorca, Carrickfergus Castle Triathlon, Belfast Triathlon, Lisburn Triathlon are past for TriathlonNITeam.
Now some of us will be at IM70.3 Dun Laoghaire and Swimrun Poland Otillo Merit Race. So, it’s not over yet… We’re should be at our peak of trainings- so feeling tired, sore is natural. Few more weeks and we’ll get into taper to our races. We’re staying focused and working hard. Same as trying to thing and organise need week. Hopefully we’ll have all the plans ready soon to announce!
For swimrun team it’s time to focus on things that are specific for that discipline… So, we’re going to neglect a bike a little bit… And push for swimrun bricks sessions. If you’ll see people running in wetsuits don’t be surprised! 😉 It needs to be done 😀
Training is going well. Thanks to that we’ve discovered runner’s knee, swimmer’s shoulder and some other minor muscles’ pains… never thought that you can be sore in such spots!
It’ll be great to keep momentum and be ready for our great adventure! Can’t wait now!
