Magic Swim – Private Swim Lesson Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Lesson Duration

All private swimming lessons are 30 minutes long. Lessons are arranged directly with the coach and are subject to availability.

2. Monthly Payments

  • Swimming lessons are charged monthly.

  • An invoice will be issued on the day of the swimmer’s first lesson of each month.

  • Payment is due on the day of the first swimming lesson of the month.

  • Lesson fees are communicated directly to parents or guardians before lessons commence and are not published on this website.

3. Planned Absences and Monthly Invoicing

Parents or guardians should notify Magic Swim of any planned absences or schedule changes no later than the second-to-last day of the previous month.

This allows the monthly invoice to be adjusted accordingly.

If notice is not received by this deadline, the planned lessons will be included in the monthly invoice and are expected to be paid for.

4. Missed Lessons and Cancellations

Missed lessons are chargeable, except where exceptional circumstances apply. Any exception will be considered at the discretion of Magic Swim.

If the coach needs to cancel a lesson, the lesson will either be rearranged or the fee will be credited towards the following month’s invoice.

5. Pool Entry Fees

Lesson fees cover the swimming instruction only. Pool entry is not included.

As lessons take place during public swimming sessions, each swimmer must pay the relevant pool entry fee at reception before the lesson, unless otherwise agreed.

Pool entry fees are separate from payments made to Magic Swim.

6. Changes to Lesson Arrangements

Lesson times and arrangements are agreed directly with the coach. Requests to change a regular lesson time are subject to availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that customers have under applicable consumer law.
