Nutrition aid station checks. Radio comms. Finish line. Medal. Nutrition and hydration. Warming up! Award ceremony. BBQ. Marshals post race briefing.

Plans are already underway for the SUMARPO Erne SWIMRUN 2025, and I couldn’t do this without the incredible support from my wife, family, friends, colleagues, and our amazing volunteers. You are all absolute #Legends!
