Month to first race! A month! Amazing! I can’t wait…
There are ups and downs but I need to say that training is going nice… As nice as it can be with kids, Family, home and work commitments… I’ve added structured strength and conditioning sessions with Tommy Simmons PT as well as turbo trainer home sessions. I’m really curious how it will look on races… and new challenge- Swimrun!
Swim, bike, run and gym sessions coming great all together. I’ve added some nutrition (Eat the Rainbow by Marta is great with that) and I test new endurance nutrition from KBH Nutrition!
So, this season will be so interesting! Hopefully full of joy and excitement!
