#beMagic

Our #beMagic program has evolved! What began as teaching children to swim has now expanded to supporting young people with autism and, in partnership with MencapNI, we’re taking it a step further. We are now offering swimrun training and the opportunity for individuals with learning disabilities to participate in mainstream sports events and races!

From organizing and managing events to training and competing in swimrun races, we are creating an inclusive platformwhere everyone can take part. Together, we’re opening doors to new challenges and making sports accessible for all!

Our Ethos

The #beMagic program is dedicated to creating lasting, positive impacts within the community by organizing inclusive and accessible sports events. Our primary focus is on promoting physical recreation, health, and well-being through activities such as swimrun events, which are designed to engage participants from diverse backgrounds.

We are especially committed to providing opportunities for children, young adults, and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and similar conditions to fully engage in recreational activities. By offering structured swim lessons, organized events, and swimrun races, we aim to help individuals explore their physical abilities in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Our programs are tailored not only to improve physical health but also to enhance emotional well-being, communication skills, and social behavior. Through fostering a sense of community and belonging, we strive to enrich participants’ overall quality of life, while encouraging greater social integration and understanding.

All activities are designed with the goal of making physical recreation accessible and beneficial for everyone, particularly those who might otherwise face barriers to participation.
