I hate training… I hate running

Wake up in the morning when everyone else is sleeping.
I go out in the dark, rain, cold. I do long runs or intervals, hills or flat, build up or recovery.

My body is screaming, I nearly cry… Not always… but I hate it! I talk to myself, motivate myself, push myself more and more!
Then I hit my watch button and realised that I’ve beat my yesterday! I’m better than me at the last training, run, event.
That’s what I love! I don’t even need to mention about feeling energised, happy, pumped. I just love that feeling after. Everything is better then, food, day, people around. Smile is in my face all the time!
So, yes, I hate running!
