swimrunNI first race!

That is going to be amazing! Thanks to SUMARPO we can take a part in Nene Valley swimrun. Organised by As Keen As Mustard Events!

We have decided to go for Half 21k team swimrun! Together with Slawek we will go to Stibbington for Nene Valley Festival 2024 organised by AKAMustard Events. You can find all details on their website here.
Our course includes 8 run stages and 7 swims’
We absolutely love team aspect of the race. It requires to stay together through all the race. During run stages we need to be within 100m and during swim 10m distance.
We are going to use bungee rope in swim to stay together. It will not be needed during runs. We will have pull buoys and hand paddles. Swim stages are in the river so, it’ll be a challenge with upstream swims! We love challenges and can’t wait for this one!
