💧 Lesson Payments
* Lessons are charged monthly.
* An invoice will be issued on the day of your first lesson of each month.
* Monthly payment is due on the day of the first swim lesson of the month.

💧 Planning & Invoicing
* Parents/guardians should notify Magic Swim of any planned absences or schedule changes no later than the second-to-last day of the previous month, so these can be reflected in the monthly invoice.
* If no notice is given by this deadline, lessons will be included in the monthly invoice and are expected to be paid for.

💧 Cancellations
* If a lesson is cancelled by your child’s coach, it will either be rearranged or the fee will be credited to the following month’s invoice.
* All other missed lessons must be paid for, unless in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Magic Swim.

💧 New Terms Introduction
* These updated terms and prices will take effect starting September 2025.
